The accommodation is arranged on three levels. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, two bedrooms and a family bathroom (shower, toilet, sink and bidet). The bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with ample storage space, good quality beds, mattresses and linens - the emphasis is on comfort and cleanliness.

Upstairs we find an open space living area with balcony overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and the island of Stromboli.There is a large comfortable sofa bed, TV / Chrome Cast / Audio and Game Console.

The open plan kitchen / dining room is well equipped with a gas hob, electric cooker, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, nespresso coffee, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots, pans, dishes and tools. A spiral staircase leads from the front balcony to the panoramic sun terrace, with breathtaking views over the entire area.

Particularly suitable for those who simply want to relax and 'chill-out' on one of the 2 large terraces quietly away from the others, by the pool or on one of the nearby beaches. We recommend a car as needed for most people, especially in the summer months. While the nearest supermarket is a relatively short walk, it is downhill along a busy road and it is HOT!

A car is advantageous that allows you to make the most of the surrounding area while immersing yourself in the culture. However, nearby Tropea, Vibo Marina and Pizzo can all be reached by the small local railway.

The villa is divided into 3 floors and the top floor of the solarium offers the best views of the sea!

The spiral staircase leading to the sun terrace is probably not suitable for the elderly, the very young or the less able. This property can be enjoyed without a car as there are excellent rail links from Zambrone to the airport and all major attractions, and the local village is within easy walking distance for daily essentials. However, the walk to the station is quite steep and those wishing to explore the area more fully will need a car.
