The house offers a spectacular view of the sea and can accommodate 2 to 7 people. This holiday home offers private parking, private pool, children's play area, BBQ and WiFi

The house is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with bathroom with shower, on the first floor kitchen and dining room with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is a rear and front balcony with table and chairs.
On the second floor there is a large terrace. On the ground floor there is the swimming pool with deck chairs and garden set, parking, play area, veranda and behind the house a terrace with gazebo, table, chairs and BBQ.

Located about 2 km from the Zambrone beach and 5 km from the Michelino Tropea beach, the house offers a strategic position, a sea view and cool nights because it is 100 meters above the sea level. From the house it will be easy to visit Tropea, Pizzo, Capo Vaticano and Briatico. It is also possible to book mini cruises that depart from Zambrone or Tropea to visit the splendid Aeolian islands such as Vulcano, Panarea, Lipari and Stromboli even in the evening.

This Villa is located just 5 minutes from Marina di Zambrone and is positioned high up in the hills, where you can absorb panoramic views of the ocean and Stromboli.

La Villetta is located in Zambrone, on the west coast of Calabria. Just a short drive west from the villa you can visit beautiful scenic towns such as Paraghelia, Tropea, Capo Vaticano, Ricadi, Pizzo, Briatico and Jopollo.
